Q: What is paid and not paid for up front?
Hello, on Tier two you have 20000 messages... but is that MONTHLY? Next, after we consume 20,000 messages then, from Japan, I need to pay 0.08 US cents per message or is it 0.005 cents per message? Why should I focus on What's App Marketing for global marketing needs if most of my customers only use LINE (and might you do the same Market strategy on LINE one day? or maybe integrate them somehow?). Why What's App verses other SaaS(es) and will you expand to other platforms? IS THERE ANY WAY TO ADD or integrate regular SMS? How about cell phone number TEXT MESSAGES? Can Sumolings upgrade from T2 to T4 in the Dash even after the AS sale? How many years have you been around? How many subscribers do you have without LTDs? (and with?) (these last two questions are optional if you don't want to say. TY )

📩 Message Limits:
The limits shown in our packages are for Lancepilot system usage.
But there's also a separate limit from Meta (WhatsApp):
When you first connect a number, Meta allows 250 messages per day.
If you verify your business with documents in Meta Business Manager (which we highly recommend for safety—Meta often bans unverified numbers), your limit jumps to 1,000 messages/day.
As you send more (e.g., 1K/month), Meta will automatically increase your limit to 10K, then 100K, and so on.
💰 Meta Conversation Charges:
You’ll still need to pay Meta’s conversation fees.
