Hi, I checked the above article. So basically they facilitate Whatspp regular version and thus they are able to facilitate whatsapp channels. Meta still do not offer Channel facility over the Official Cloud Api that we facilitate. If in future channel facility comes over the whatsapp official Cloud api then we will definitely integrate it. I hope this make sense. Thanks!
