Q: Why our customers/clients cannot create account by themselves?
Our clients/customers shall be able to login via google or shall be able to create their own account. Why Tier 4 does not have this functionality with whitelabel?

Aug 7, 2025A: Hi, Because the system was designed differently, your customers can not create account themselves. You have to create and you will need to give access. However, Our white label billing system solves all the problem.
With WLB, you will have your own landing page, customers will have their own dashboard and the workspace is created automatically. I hope this make sense.
