The ability to white-label the platform and present it as your own is a significant advantage, even in its current beta stage . This allows for seamless rebranding and client management, which is crucial for agency growth. While there's been some confusion regarding White Label Billing (WLB) being a separate add-on versus white-labeling itself being included in higher tiers, it's important to understand the distinction. The WLB system is already live, and while premium add-ons come with a price, the value it offers is immense.

What truly excites me is the upcoming auto trial-to-paid conversion feature on the roadmap for the white-label billing system . This is not just a minor update; it's a game-changer for sales funnels, making client acquisition and retention significantly easier by removing skepticism and streamlining the conversion process . This forward-thinking approach demonstrates a deep understanding of agency needs and a commitment to providing tools that directly impact revenue.

After setting up the program, I was asked to top up my credits, which I did for $20. The top-up was never credited, even though I have the invoice. I therefore requested a refund because I don't like how this program works, and I was told that top-ups are non-refundable. This violates consumer protection practices, which have a set time limit for deciding whether or not to keep the software. These people will be reported to the relevant authorities for their improper behavior. Stay far away.

This is officially a scam , I purchased an add on from lamcepilot for around 699$ from August and I still didn’t get anything ( it’s for LLC Formation. )
I keep trying to contact them and they simply don’t answer me .
I asked for a refund and no one responded.
It’s my fault I trusted them and payed for this

I tried your app and unfortunately when I paid for the account the payment went through and channel wallet shows paid but still it wasn't able to send message and there has been no support we raised ticket and no one was concerned to call us back or write to us unfortunately!.

Even after payment we have the below getting displayed.

"Your channel is not active
please recharge your channel wallet to reactivate your channel"

No onboarding support. really appreciate if you can fix this immediately happy to give you second chance.

Was not able to recharge for a long time. Inspire of paying for lancepilot I ended up paying again for another tool in this duration when I was not able to send messages.

There was white screen of deaths to add channel. API's v2 went to v3 without any transition plans.

And founder even forgot to renew the domain and everything was down. Strangely founder was promoting another product Subsavely on the response message while saying domain is up again.

While label was part of the plan on app sumo but White Label Billing is a separate add-on.

Founder started discord community and then wants to close it. He wants only "most engaged and aligned members".

I generally try to support founders as much as possible but not liking the direction lancepilot is heading. Appsumo deals are generally meant to acquire early users who can provide feedback to improve products positive or negative.
