Evaluating Lancepilot Promises Unfulfilled and Red Flags Raised
My experience with Lancepilot has been less than satisfactory. The technical support is either non-responsive or takes days to reply, and when they do, the responses are generally unhelpful.
The founder has not implemented any updates since the launch, despite repeatedly promising that updates would arrive the following month. As of this writing, no updates have been made.
Moreover, the founder indirectly implies a partnership with Meta, but in reality, Lancepilot is merely a client of another company that is an actual Meta partner. I won't disclose the name here to avoid promoting them.
One major concern is the 20% markup, which is quite high even with a 5% discount for Tier 4. Most other partners offer services at Meta's standard pricing, making this markup problematic, especially since most Sumo-lings are agency owners.
After researching, I found companies offering better services at competitive prices. In my opinion, Lancepilot poses a red flag for both AppSumo and Sumo-lings alike.
There's an expectation that the founder will attack this review instead of being transparent with those who have invested their time and money. I hope Lancepilot is not one of those products where the intention is to gather as much money as possible and then disappear, but I fear that might be the case. I hope to be proven wrong.

I am considering your perspective and review as a Intentional move and i am leaving the judgement to the public. Secondly, everything is mentioned in our deal page and website and if something is not aligned with your expectation then you can simply go with other product.
It looks like you are forcefully trying to put your perspective on others. For your information, we have even free trials as well. So you dont need to worry about others, rather let our customers decide.
On the other side, I am personally always helping our customers with any issue and its really sad that you dont see it.
