Fall from grace (a journey from 5 stars to 2 stars)
What started as a 5 star review, has become one of the largest disappointments in my purchase history... Here's why:
The platform works as expected 10% of the times - not launching sequences a lot of times due to server errors (error 500 is the one that happened recently!), not sending the whole sequence and leaving steps unfinished, and finally sometimes not even starting at all. Please note that it worked fine when it first launched and got worse gradually.
The support that was stellar at the beginning, now takes days and most of the times the reply is "Hi, when you are back online, kindly write us back. Thanks". So if you're not available to answer right away, and even though they might have all details to fix a bug, they don't fix anything. Recently they even added gaslighting to the mix, as they state they did not get print screens detailing the issues, even though there were Whatsapp read receipt for those...
Then there's a reporting feature that doesn't work.
In a sequence with 2 steps, planned for 350 contacts in total, it says it sent 225 messages to 10 of those contacts (math tells us it's about 22 steps for each)! It clearly didn't do that if we check the conversation logs, so it's broken. I've been reporting it for months and nothing was done about it.
With the founder stating on Linkedin that he's working on new projects, I'm not backing this anymore.
