they collect the top-up money without wanting to return it
After setting up the program, I was asked to top up my credits, which I did for $20. The top-up was never credited, even though I have the invoice. I therefore requested a refund because I don't like how this program works, and I was told that top-ups are non-refundable. This violates consumer protection practices, which have a set time limit for deciding whether or not to keep the software. These people will be reported to the relevant authorities for their improper behavior. Stay far away.

Oct 22, 2025Hi, Please note that it’s clearly mentioned that the recharge balance is non-refundable. If you were unsure about using the platform or didn’t like how it works, it would have been better not to recharge in the first place.
