Edit, 1 August 25: Two weeks later and still no response or resolution from Appsumo. I funded my LancePilot wallet and the money hasn't cleared and support doesn't respond to cleart the funds. Only to say they will look into it and then do nothing. Appsumo haven't been much better. Buyer beware.

Istiakahmad’s response proves my point — he clearly didn’t read my complaint properly. I have reached out to support, multiple times, and received no response. That’s exactly why I posted here.
Instead of acknowledging the issue, he tells me (again) to contact support — the very support team that’s been ignoring me for weeks. It’s honestly absurd.
Rather than address the problem, he’s more concerned about damage control than customer service. This just reinforces my original complaint. Below is my original Review:
I’ve had a very disappointing experience with LancePilot. Terrible support. I paid $60 to load my wallet nearly seven weeks ago, and it's still stuck in ‘processing’—with no resolution in sight. Support doesn't respond, leaving you completely stranded.
The 20% transaction fee is also excessive.
AppSumo, please help me get my wallet funds back. I don’t have time to deal with tools that aren’t properly supported. I’d rather pay for a monthly subscription with proper service.
