Hey - just trying to get my head around the tiers. Tier one is mapped to Basic but , unlike Basic ,has no competitor tracking but your free plan does (albeit limited)?? Seems rather odd.
I was also interested in what Marketing Agent is?

Hi, I tried to check out the platform on trial but after putting all details it went to Generating your 5 ads! but since yesterday it is stuck in that page. i tried to relogin but same page open and move nowhere else. Also the brand name is lapis, then why the platform name trylapis, is it some trial version? Where to check the upcoming feature roadmap? would there be slides generation, video generation will be added, as right now there is few feature to invest in!

We don't have a public roadmap published yet but we have tons of exciting things that AppSumo LTD subscribers will get access to once they are live. I don't think we will do video or slides generation in the near future.

We don't support videos yet but its on our roadmap and we'll come to it soon! actionmarketingca : Thanks, will AppSumo LTD users get access in there plan? Varunram_Lapis : Yes! We will offer videos to LTD users since that's a core feature we've been planning.
Soon doesn't mean immediately! In the next couple months, we have more image focused features to release that we are prioritizing. For any feature we launch, we have a high quality threshold and video isn't there right now.
Just chcking as this seems right up my street, but am i correct in saying i can split over projects, ie its just the one brand and thats it ? ie with 100 ad credits i cant run then over two different projects for two different websites ?

A: Hey! You can split your credits across multiple accounts if you like but it would have yo be custom (please contact us on Intercom!)
Another question asked about setting up multiple brands and you replied: "Hey! You can't use multiple brands with a single log in right now but we can manually setup accounts for your clients if you'd like that."
How the process work for setting up Multiple Brands? -- Does each brand get the same onboarding process when added manually? -- How do you switch from brand to brand? --- Are the brands viewable with the same login?

Q: Stuck in generation
