Late has received high praise from customers for its user-friendly API, smooth interface, and reliable posting functionality. While some users have encountered challenges with API integration and limitations on daily posts, these are minor issues in the overall experience. Considering the overwhelmingly positive feedback, Late is a solid choice for those seeking an efficient social media scheduling tool. Additionally, with a 60-day money-back guarantee, it's certainly worth trying out.

Too Late to know

The LTD is already over. This is just a murmur — a note left behind.

I bought Late (later rebranded as Zernio) because the concept looked solid and I trusted what was written on AppSumo about tiers and future updates. Early on, I had expectations and was willing to give the product time to grow.

Over time, though, the direction became clearer.

Features started being split into expensive monthly add-ons. The rules weren’t stated once and clearly — they kept changing. For LTD users, the cost of continuing to use the product only went up.

I contacted support directly and got a very clear answer:
Add-ons will not be adjusted to the new pricing model.
In other words, accept it and keep paying, or move on.

At the same time, new users on the main website get a simpler, more bundled, and cheaper pricing model. Early supporters are left on the old system, which makes it hard not to feel conflicted.

Just looking back and realizing that many things were only understood too late to know.

Zernio.com (formerly Late) development comes at a high price. 👎

Unfortunately, we've been scammed again on Appsumo.
This opinion is also confirmed by the low rating on Trustpilot:
https://www.trustpilot.com/review/zernio.com

The developer only sold an early version of the product, and then asked for additional fees for each additional feature, ultimately resulting in a monthly fee, which is expensive.

Two new add-ons have been added to the SumoLing panel:
◾Analytics (access to the analytical panel and API endpoints) – $150/month
◾Inbox (manage comments and direct messages across all platforms) – $150/month

Interestingly, the developer has changed his mind for regular users, but not for those who purchased through Appsumo, and has simplified the pricing.

(…)
Plus two things worth highlighting outside of product:
🔸 Pricing is now pay-per-account

We simplified pricing completely: no plans, no add-ons, no feature gates. First 2 accounts free, then $6/account (3–10), $3 (11–100), $1 (101–2,000). Every feature included. Price drops as you scale.
(…)

But that doesn't apply to you.

I don't recommend Zernio.com, because you never know what awaits you in the future, what new surprises await you.

The Story of 0 Stars!

Once upon a time, there was a promising new tool that captured the excitement and trust of a vibrant AS community. Users were drawn in by its ambitious vision and a clear set of promises. At the heart of it all was a simple but powerful rule: honesty. The founder, Miki, vowed that every customer who embraced the tool early—those who joined before August 17, 2025—would receive a special perk, including a free X add-on. He also assured that all future updates would be delivered faithfully according to their transparent tier system: Basic, Professional, Advanced, and Enterprise (Tiers)

For ten months, the tool flourished, though quietly, it transformed and rebranded itself as Zernio. But as the months passed, cracks began to appear. The promised free add-on was ripped away from early supporters, now hidden behind a paywall. Features that once belonged to certain tiers suddenly changed & demanded extra fees—fees that defied the original tier structure that had been clearly laid out. Customers like me who had paid for analytics months ago saw it vanish from their dashboards, only to be asked to pay again for the same feature.

Worse still, the promised fixes never came. Errors plagued the integration with YouTube and TikTok, stubborn problems that made the tools almost unusable. Requests to enable long-awaited features like bulk video uploads were met with silence. The company’s due diligence felt absent, its commitment broken, and with it, the trust of its users shattered.

What had once been a hopeful AS community was left feeling betrayed and angry. The tool was no longer a beacon of innovation but a cautionary tale of broken promises—a "rug pull" that stole from those who believed in it. Across review sites like Trustpilot, users voiced their frustration, warning others of the brand’s deceitful turn.

In this story, the users held the true power. As the founder’s promises faded, the community’s voice grew louder, a reminder that a brand lives and dies by its honesty. And as the pages turned, it became clear: users will make or break a brand, and this one, built on broken trust, is already crumbling.

With price change it's cheaper to go to the normal plan than using your appsumo plan

It's soo frustrating to deal with this situations, I feel paying with my time after the success of every appsumo deal.
Right now, if you want the same features than the 6$ Zernio plan with 3 accounts. You need to pay 450$/ month with your Appsumo plan.
