Was very hopeful
Looks like it has the potential to be a great tool, however it often posts the content twice and fails content posting multiple times for me. It ends up taking much longer to delete the content or retry posting again and again. I've reached out for support and hopefully I will hear back but I'm not sure if it's salvageable. May end up having to return the product. Will update my review if things get better.

Buggy, without proper support and expect to pay for each EXTRA FEATURE
The connection part is not working. Reached out to support. Nobody responded since several hours in the "live-chat". I had to pay another 49 USD for the Analytics. Now they also ask for another 49 USD to connect to X!?!? Sorry but for what?!?!
Why do I order Tier 4 to then get charged for each and every step/action I am taking inside this tool while not receiving a working tool and even no support given?!?
Definitely needs improvments. I give it another chance and see how it evolves and will update this review if in case something changes. If not changed, expect that no support was given.

A Promising Tool, But It Needs Improvement
GetLate definitely has huge potential, and the overall idea is promising. However, in my case, the TikTok posts are not going through at all, and unfortunately the support team couldn’t help me figure out why. I tested this with three different TikTok accounts connected to GetLate, and the issue persisted on all of them.
The automatic music selection for TikTok is an interesting concept, but it doesn’t really work for my content. I create a lot of children’s event videos, and right now my focus is on Christmas-themed posts. When TikTok automatically adds random music that doesn’t match the content, it becomes unusable for me.
In addition, many TikTok features are simply not represented in the app. For example, TikTok recently introduced new link options — including event links — and I still have to manually adjust and reconnect everything inside the TikTok app. This defeats the purpose of automation.
Overall, the tool looks very promising, but it still needs significant improvements and feature expansions before it can become a top-tier solution.
