A: You can request from support to have your account deleted, but not stores. Stores must be archived. There's no reason to delete a store if you plan to keep it. Anything can be changed about stores so you can reconfigure a store at any time. If you archive a store, you loose a store license. Licenses are tied to stores, that's how the code was built.
