I dont understand, I never recieved any emails from support, and when I do Gmail marks them as spam constantly due to thier domain reputation, it requires me to have a Facebook account which I dont want to have one but have to for support.

Questions:
1. Why is Launchcart not honoring the terms of the Appsumo plans?
2. Why is there no migration tool to move my stores, you stated you will delete all my stores, so there goes my time setting them up.
3. Why do I need a credit card on file, I did not agree to that when purchasing stores from you in the LTD.
4. Why do I need to pay a monthly fee, forever now?
5. Will Appsumo help us Sumolings in getting what we paid for, and if not assist with refunds?
6. Why did launchcart not notify customers via email, and if so ensure thier domain is not blacklisted so emails dont go to spam?
