Working with this cart, there's a lot to like. It isn’t perfect (no cart is) but with its present feature set, it looks to provide a lot of possibilities for those wanting to work in e-commerce.

Its simple and clean where some carts get pretty cluttered and hard to navigate.

The one page checkout is nice.

Tax Jar integration is great so you don't have to worry about the wide range of tax rates across the US (which is where we sell mostly).

If you use POD services, it appears real time rates from the providers will transfer over during checkout...again a nice feature. It also integrates with ShipStation.

The upsell - downsell function is great...with many other carts it either doesn't exist or would cost an app fee to integrate.

The tested site speeds aren't great, but they aren't terrible either.

The page builder is clean and useful…good for putting together landing pages or other informational pages.

All that said, there are a couple things about this cart in its current form that may be limiting for some people however.

Payment options are somewhat limited. Stripe and PayPal are included which many are familiar with.

My biggest gripe currently would be with the template system. It’s not terrible but it’s pretty limited to work with, especially on the homepage. While the page builder looks great, allowing for all kinds of custom designing, the home page is pretty set and to change even a simple thing like a font or font size you’d have to work with css (by the looks of it at least). It would be nice to integrate that page builder into an option for homepage modifications…or build a page and be able to select it as a custom homepage.

I realize part of the backend service here is the design offerings but most other carts allow for a wider range of template and custom options at your fingertips….so if you want to put together a nice looking homepage (or any page), its quick and easy to do with no outside help. Some design credits are included in this AppSumo offer, although I don’t know how far those will take you in template modifications.

These are just some initial observations. Overall the cart looks great in so many ways, I think it’s worth a try. It does appear that more features and functions are planned and being added regularly, so that’s great. Thanks to the developers for putting out a nice product that will likely help a lot of people make some money with e-commerce.
