There are many pros and great functions you can find on LaunchCart like easy to set up/add products, clean interface, can sell physical/digital items, handles reviews/email things for you, etc.

I appreciate your product, but I’ve decided to rate it 4 tacos due to the inconvenience I experienced. Unfortunately, I found no feature to copy or export data from the old store, nor an easy method to transfer it. This means I have to manually copy everything and build everything againg from 0 to the new store to activate my AppSumo code. I was somewhat disappointed after contacting your team and being informed that there’s no alternative solution.

And here, I have some suggestions/feedback:

1) Theme
The current theme editor is very limited, the homepage is not customizable for people who don’t know code, which is a pity. This is a critical problem not just for me but I believe for many non-programmer user.

There are some sections I think every theme should have besides featured products: New Arrivals, Products on Sale, Best Seller, Top Rated Products, and a section for announcements/events, etc.

2) Shop Page
The filter/sort function can be improved by adding the following things: Sort by popularity, average rating, latest
Filter: product type, price range, category, on sale

3) Product page:
It would be nice to have related products and recommended products on a single product page. If it’s hard to automatically show them, then I wish we could at least manually add related or recommended products to a product.

4) For digital items
I wish we can disable Quantity option for digital items. Also, It would be great if the download option could link to a URL or Dropbox/Google Drive.

5) Review / Comment
I think it would be better if there’s a comment function and not just a review so people can also drop a comment or ask things without the need to rate the products. Or, I think an easier way to do it is to let the shop owner choose which fields should be obligatory and which fields should be optional.

6) Other feature suggestion:
- Duplicate products/product template (automatically fills some fields when creating a new item)
- Custom Contact Us / Checkout page/form
- Bulk Edit (Product price, tag, category, etc.)
- Export product data and store settings
