The product itself is pretty good, however, support is lacking. They have a support bot that is useless. I have been trying to get help connecting my domain since Monday. Rather than sending out CEO videos every day, perhaps they should focus on live support.

Aug 1, 2024Sorry to hear you're having problems. We're actually turning OFF that AI bot as it hasn't been as helpful as we'd hoped.
