Q: Tier 2 includes 5 stores, while Tier 4 includes only 8 stores. So if I need 15 stores I can buy 3 Tier 2 accounts?
Tier 4 costs $409 for 8 accounts, but by buying 3 Tier 2 accounts, I get 15 stores for $507? Also, can I resell the stores to my clients? Will each store be on a custom domain, with unique admin login?
Currently, licenses cannot be stacked on a single account – this means you won’t be able to combine multiple Tier 2 plans to create or manage 15 stores under one account.
All stores tied to a license are accessible via the main account only. However, if you'd like to provide access to individual stores, you can do so by adding staff members to your account. This allows your team or clients to manage specific stores with limited access, while you retain overall control.
Each store can be set up with a custom domain and has a separate panel, but again, access is managed from your main LaunchMyStore account.

Q: Can we sell services performed on client's homes or offices?
Your app seems really promising! I have one question : my sister provides wellness services, they are performed at home (clients' homes or offices). I search for a way, for her, to sell these services online with a partial payment (booking, to ensure there's no cancellation) and the rest of the payment is done manually by the clients before the service, at home.
So : selling services performed at client's home, and display the full price but partial payment online for booking.
A: Of course, you can sell physical services with LaunchMyStore! You can simply add the service as a product and clearly mention that the price shown is a partial payment (deposit) to confirm the booking. The rest of the amount is payable directly by the client at the time of the appointment — at their home or office.
Just make sure to:
Display the full service price in the product title or description.
Clearly state that the online payment is only a booking fee or deposit.
Mention that the remaining balance will be collected on-site before the service begins.
Of course, you can add two additional fields—one for the date and one for the time. You can label them as 'Appointment Date' and 'Appointment Time' or choose names that best suit your needs. Be sure to mark both fields as required.
