Deal term mismatch? Where's the integrity?
I love the product. However, the deal term for the top tier that I purchased a while ago said seven stores and I purchased two of those. Tell me why I logged in and it says I'm on the platinum version and I only have two stores. Please, please, somebody explain that to me because it feels like a rug pull.
I'm open to review my taco ratings once I understand what's going on and get my money's worth.

Edited May 18, 2026Hi Mista Styles, don’t worry. During our transition from LaunchMyStore 1.0 to 2.0, some account limits were updated for new customers, and since there were so many accounts involved, a few may have unfortunately been left out during the migration process by the system
