I believe this product has strong potential and could be a valuable purchase at the moment, although it still requires several optimizations.

First, the UI/UX could use significant improvement. Navigation is confusing, with no tutorial or help menu to explain what each feature does. There are also smaller usability issues. For example, when searching for a country, results sometimes appear twice, and saving a search doesn’t seem to work properly.

Additionally, the “AI Research” section lacks clarity. It’s not clear what these "AI research Agent runs" actually represent or how they are used. They only appear within custom lists, making the process unnecessarily complicated. It would also help to clarify whether the 100 AI Research credits are provided monthly or as a one-time allocation.

Another limitation is the lead management feature. You can only add 100 leads per page, which makes it very time-consuming to collect a large number of leads in a Prospect List. For example, gathering 10,000 in a single day would require some time. I also assume that once a lead is unlocked, it remains accessible permanently and doesn’t need to be re-unlocked in the future.

Overall, I purchased the Tier 2 plan with an additional 100 AI Research credits and plan to keep it. I just hope the team continues to improve the dashboard’s usability and actively listens to user feedback, as the current design could benefit greatly from UI/UX refinements.
