Q: Can you explain when and why Layerpath moved my paid Appsumo account to a free plan?
There has been no reply whatsoever from Layerpath to messages to them about this situation.

Yes I absolutely did send Layerpath messages and had no reply at all. Your chat messages do not send any email acknowledgement. You need to sort out the Layerpath messaging too, for both chat and email. It says it will reply in hours when it has been many many months ago and still no reply even from Layerpath chat and email acknowledgement.
