Q: Problems contacting or raising a support ticket
Hi Guys, I purchased Tier 3. I setup the CNAME and TXT record. I am using Cloudflare. The domain has been verified on LayerPath dashboard. However, my embed and the links using the custom domain is not working yet. I wanted to raise a ticket but couldn't find anywhere to place a support ticket. A lot of companies now try and hide ways of contacting them and 100% rely and self help. I hope this is not how you plan to do things. Please let me know how customers go about contacting your team members for support. I would normally contact after trying all other routes including Knowledgebase. Thanks.

Thank you for getting back to me. I never saw that chat button on the screenshot, checked again just now, its not there. I assume support is offline at the moment. Nevetheless, I am grateful you have shared the support address. Based on my short experience, you have a good product, and if you can complement it with good support, then you have 2 of 3 main things needed for business success. Thanks.
Got the same problem, I sent a message in the live chat. Wait for a feedback (not over the weekend, can wait next week)
@Sye : have you been able to fix this issue?
Fixed! Thanks Layerpath support!
My CNAME is working. I genuinely can't. However, I can't remember if I managed to contact the support or not. I know it did eventually work. Although I bought the product awhile ago and I've used it only few times. I do like it. My only hope is that they can grow in a sustainable way beyond just doing lifetime licenses.
