When was your company founded & where is it located?
Founded in 2023, our global headquarters is in Austin, TX, and our R&D is in Chennai, India. With these two locations, we're available 24x7 for our customers!
What are past projects, failures, or successes you’ve had in your career?
I've had several significant successes and a notable learning experience in my career. I led Birdeye's Integration and Product Partnerships (ISV), achieving 3000+ integrations across 28+ industries and serving 100,000+ customers. At Zoho, I spearheaded the Marketplace and Developer Platform Ecosystem with 2500+ integrations across 50+ business apps, attracting over 5 million visitors and achieving 1M installs with a 40% YoY growth.
I also launched the Zoho Affiliate Program, driving 50% YoY revenue growth with 5000+ affiliate partners. Additionally, I built and launched the Zoho PhoneBridge (CTI) API platform, integrating with 150+ partners, processing over 300 million calls, and logging 25 million hours of call duration. This contributed to Zoho CRM becoming the #1 CRM software with the highest CTI integrations.
However, I faced a significant challenge with my first startup, Crayon'd. I wanted to build products and had several ideas, but nothing materialized into a product. I failed to move the company beyond services; back then, building a product was hard. This experience taught me valuable lessons about the difficulties of product development and the importance of perseverance.

What’s the origin of the idea for your product?
The idea for Layerpath originated from my experiences at Zoho, where I faced significant challenges in helping partners worldwide learn and adopt our solution. We spent countless hours creating documentation and training videos and conducting one-on-one sessions to onboard them.
Many teams faced similar hurdles in communicating product features and values to customers. These challenges included:
- Creating help articles to educate users about products and features.
- Creating lengthy training sessions and videos for new user onboarding.
- Conducting webinars to promote new features and enhancements.
- Sending generic product demo videos to prospective customers.
This is where the idea of Layerpath was born. We wanted to empower teams to create high-quality demos, customize them, and share them with their audience within 10 minutes.
I'm passionate about Layerpath because we're dedicated to helping creators showcase magical workplace experiences through design-first tools. Our mission is to make every creator proud of their work, starting with our product. We aim to simplify the process of effectively telling every product story.
What problem is your product solving and how?
