Q: How often do you update the data of the contacts?
Is it real-time or done at so,e specified frequency?

My question was because I saw that some data is outdated.
Some profiles are quite old and their companies are not same they are working with.
Kindly do the updation as frequently as possible because, every month, when we get to access new profiles, many of the profiles would have changed, and, over a period of, say, 6 months, at least 20 to 30% of profiles will be bound to change.

As a customer, if i get old data, it's useless for me. I will have to go to each profile and check the correctness of the days.
What my request is - please ensure updation by upping the frequency so that we get the most recent data, maximum number of times.

I too am wondering about how often the database gets updated. I ran a test on a free account and manually checked their profiles. 3 out of the 10 leads I saved are no longer with the company/position the database says. They are 1-2 years out of date.
I understand that you can't be 100% accurate, but 30% seems high to me.
I was very much looking forward to purchasing. My last step was confirming the leads. I'm disappointed I saw such a high inaccuracy rate.
Can you help me understand what I and others should do about this? How do we remove useless leads without having to manually verify each one?

Hi! At this moment we are adding something new to our database pretty much every day. Considering the nature of business contacts, we'd strongly advise to use the built-in email verification feature to make sure you're sending to live emails :)
Seems to be a bit outdated when I checked my company, I would also appreciate if the creator can provide this info please?
