I purchased two lifetime licenses because I was looking for a reliable B2B lead database. After using the platform, I don't feel it delivers enough value for my use case.

The first issue I encountered was my account only showing 50 monthly credits instead of what I expected based on my purchase. I'm still waiting for clarification on that.

I also attempted to contact support using the email address that sent my login PIN, but my email was returned as invalid.

From a product standpoint, my biggest concern is the data quality and search experience.

When searching for businesses in the United States, there is no option to filter by state, even though state/province filters are available for other countries. For anyone targeting specific U.S. markets, this makes prospecting much more difficult.

I also noticed that many search results pointed to the same company website, which made the results feel repetitive rather than providing unique prospects.

Most importantly, I was searching for medical practices and expected to find owners, CEOs, or decision-makers. Instead, many of the contacts were simply employees. For B2B outreach, having a list of staff members instead of the people who make purchasing decisions significantly reduces the value of the platform.

I'm not expecting any lead database to be 100% perfect, but I do expect accurate, actionable data that helps me reach decision-makers. Right now, I don't feel the product delivers on that expectation.

I hope the team continues improving the database, search filters, and overall data quality because the concept has potential. If those areas improve, I'd be happy to revisit my review.
