You can only search for businesses in Local and Ecommerce leads Finder tools.
But in your case, I would suggest, if you have the domain name of that property owner then we might be able to search for their email addresses through the domain in Email Finder Tool.
Can you please define 'local query' and can you clarify if this is searching your own database or if it's going to google maps and directories? Each niche is different, I know. But across the boards out of the total leads available in the db, how many of those come with an email? Thanks
One more question: With the email finder tool, is it possible to upload a list with missing emails, that has other data points, and let Lead-codex try and find the emails to match? Thanks. =)

Local Query means performing a search in "Local Leads Tool".
We search for local queries on Google maps to provide the best possible results in that area.
If a lead has a domain name, then we will fetch their emails for you as well.
