Q: Hi, I bought the previous appsumo deal in 2017.

1) It looks like the plans have changed since then, what plan is the 'Hero Plan' appsumo deal mapped to in terms of future updates?

2) I was trying to login to the appsumo leadsbridge deal I bought in 2017 but for some reason it won't let me.

I got an email saying FROM LEADSBRIDGE saying "We have updated our application password policies and it seems that your old password was not compliant.
We have generated a temporary password for you and we suggest to change it as soon as possible"

So I used the password provided in that email to try to login and nothing happened.

The login bar would spin when I put in the temporary password but nothing would happen.

I thought maybe the password provided wasn't working and the system interpreted it to be incorrect so I put in an intentionally wrong password to test it...when I did this there was a message that said "Invalid Credentials"

From this it can be assumed that the system recognizes the temporary password as correct, but for some reason it will not let me login.

I also tried to reset my password and that didn't work either.

How do I login to my leadsbridge acount?
