During my onboarding journey, two things occurred:
1. A unique email address is required for each chatbot/website account (sub account). I got an error message when I tried to set up my first chatbot, because it requires an email address, and I couldn't use the same email address I have just created my Leadster account with. As a workaround, I used a gmail address.
2. For the chatbot itself, I can't upload my own chatbot face image, instead there are 4 stock faces to choose from.

A: Hey mdsaleh! You don’t have to pay anything extra to resell Leadster to your clients. Our white label version lets you change the logo in the logged-in area of the platform and also remove our logo from the chat on the client’s site. You can also change the logo on the emails we send out.
However, you can’t change the login domain of the platform; logins are done through app.getleadster.com.
The only feature you can choose to pay for monthly is Leadster AI, which integrates Chat GPT into your workflow. But it’s more focused on automating customer support.
If your focus is lead generation, you don’t need that feature :)

Please come up with a reasonable cost per bot user such as $9 per month as I understand you need to support it longterm. Your current model has no cap or fixed cost so I am not able to scale as I have no idea what my monthly cost per user is going to be.

However, I have some concerns regarding costs:
The initial launch lacks the BYOK option and uses version 3.5 turbo, with a price of $15 monthly for every 100 messages. Based on 80 clients, each with 25 visitors sending 25 messages daily, my calculations are as follows:
1. Total Messages per Day:
- 80 clients x 25 visitors/client x 25 messages/visitor = 50,000 messages/day
2. Total Messages per Month:
- 50,000 messages/day x 30 days = 1,500,000 messages/month
3. Cost Calculation:
- (1,500,000 messages / 100) x 15 = $225,000/month
At this rate, the monthly cost would be $225,000. While I understand AI costs are decreasing, I’m concerned about affordability for my clients at this pricing level.
Could you confirm if my calculations are correct? I'm still interested in this deal but need clarification on these costs. Thanks!
Additionally, considering GPT-4 mini's average message cost is around $0.00012, the increase to $0.15 is significant (1,249,000%). A BYOK option could help manage costs better, either with a flat monthly fee for BYOK or on a per-bot or per-user basis. Just a suggestion; thanks!

The calculation is not correct because only about 2% of website visitors send a message to Leadster AI, and the average message per visitor is 2 questions.
So, 80 * 25 = 2,000 unique visitors per month
2,000 * 2% = 40 users sending messages
40 * 2 = 80 total messages
So, you would only pay $30 per month for 100 automated responses for an average website with a unique users volume of 2,000.

That seems a bit too low. 2% and only 2 messages? I love this deal but please allow BYOK! Paying a hefty charge of $15 per 100 messages is not a good model for a LTD.

Watched the how it works on the website. Is the only option to write out the sequence of questions or can it be free flow ie ask a question, get a response and it asks questions based on the response?
2. Does it connect to Instragram
3. can you send a lead magnet to those that message from Instagram and can this be a PDF etc
4. Is this white label or does your company name show up
