Sumo-lings, Chris again 👋
Last update, we turned the boring lead spreadsheet into an SDR-grade triage layer. This one's bigger. It turns LeadToSheet into a full pipeline: leads come in from anywhere, and they go out everywhere your team already works. As always, every feature below is in your lifetime deal. No upgrade nag.
Lead Sources 🎣
LeadToSheet used to capture forms on websites you control. Now leads flow in from a lot more places, and every one of them lands in the same pipeline. Same AI scoring, same Google Sheet, same alerts.
- Meta Lead Ads — connect Facebook + Instagram lead forms with one OAuth click. New leads arrive in real time, and you can backfill recent history when you set it up.
- LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms — the same one-click connect for Sponsored Content lead forms.
- Formaloo — a native webhook integration, no Zapier in the middle.
- Custom Webhook source — a URL that takes JSON from Zapier, n8n, Make, your own CRM or anything else that can POST.
- CSV Import — It auto-detects your headers, shows you a field-mapping preview, and keeps your original timestamps.
It all lives under one Sources tab per site. Set it up once and forget it.
The Route Builder 🚦
Here's the big one. Your leads no longer just sit in a sheet waiting for someone to check them. Build a route, and the second a lead lands it goes straight to wherever your team actually works:
- CRMs — HubSpot, Pipedrive, GoHighLevel, SalesNexus
- Email & lists — Mailchimp, Kit (ConvertKit), Brevo
- Team chat — Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams
- Messaging — WhatsApp and Telegram
- Auto-Reply Email — an instant templated reply to the lead, with an optional AI-written opening line
- Custom Webhook — POST the lead to any HTTPS endpoint, with copy-paste templates for ClickFunnels, Beehiiv and more
That's 14 destinations live today, on top of the Google Sheets sync you already have. GA4, PostHog, Google Ads, and Meta CAPI are next in the catalog.
Smart routing + a delivery log you can trust 🧠
Routes aren't a dumb firehose. Add conditions and a route only fires when they match:
- "Hot leads only" → ping Slack
- "Manufacturing, 200+ headcount" → straight to the CRM
- "utm_source = google" → into the paid-search nurture
Conditions read the AI score, company industry, headcount, UTMs, and whether we found a LinkedIn profile. That's the enrichment you already get on every lead, except now it does the routing for you.
Your Google Sheet used to be the finish line. Now it's the control room.
