Q: Connecting Form to CRM

Good day folks,

I have Salesnexus and use it form my CRM on leads. My forms are coming from Formaloo. I do not want to use zapier to connect the information coming in. The is a code problem between the two platfroms that does not allow me to capture the the leads coming in from the forms. Would I be able to use LeadToSheet through a webhook or API to transfer the leads to LeadToSheet then lead score them and take that information and move it over to the Salesnexus platform?

Your platform may be the work around until new Salesnexus is able to catch up with the code needed for the forms.

Apprciate any insight your able to assist me on.

Have a great day

A: Hi, thanks for the detailed question - and yes, LeadToSheet can absolutely sit in the middle here as a workaround. No Zapier needed.

Here's how the flow would work:

1. Formaloo to LeadToSheet
Formaloo supports outbound webhooks, so you'd point its webhook at a LeadToSheet endpoint. We give you two ways to receive: a Form Endpoint (a unique URL you POST form submissions to), or our REST API (POST /api/v1/submissions) with a bearer token. Either way, the lead lands in LeadToSheet the moment it's submitted in Formaloo. This sidesteps the form-capture code issue entirely, since we're receiving the data directly rather than reading the form on the page.

2. Inside LeadToSheet
Every lead that comes in - no matter the source - is automatically run through our AI Lead Intelligence (scoring + enrichment) and written to your Google Sheet.

3. LeadToSheet to SalesNexus
You've got two ways to get the data into SalesNexus. First, an outbound webhook for real-time delivery: under Settings > Webhooks, you add a destination URL and any custom headers (API key / bearer token), and we POST a signed JSON payload to it on every submission - this works as long as SalesNexus can receive an inbound HTTP POST or has an API endpoint to accept it. Second, via the Google Sheet: if SalesNexus can import or sync from a Sheet, that's a simple, reliable handoff, and it's guaranteed to include the score and enrichment fields.

The one piece I'd want to confirm with you is the SalesNexus side - specifically whether it can accept an inbound webhook/API call. If it can, you get a fully real-time pipeline. If not, the Google Sheet becomes your bridge into SalesNexus. Either way, you're unblocked.

If you let me know what SalesNexus supports on the inbound side (API docs or a webhook receiver), I'm happy to help you map the exact setup. Happy to jump on a quick call too if that's easier.

Have a great day!

Perfect, and Thank you. This will not become my work around. I will pick this up today.
