Regarding your second question, we need to state, that the AI works as follows:
we take into count customer plan/package(internally, you need to push the data to leanbe.ai), how much time he/she uses the service, country, device, and contribution (how many upvotes, requests, etc) from all this info we will generate something like a FB lookalike and every time once the request/feature released we ask for feedback which will help the AI to learn and give better results.
If there are additional questions, we will be glad to assist.
Each project comes with its own settings so the custom domain is not an exception. When we say custom domain we mean your own domain name (like roadmap.backup-guard.com) which is pointing to our domain via CNAME record. Here is an article for that: https://help.leanbe.ai/en/article/how-to-set-up-a-custom-subdomain-on-leanbe-jl25ci/
Hope this helps.

Q: I am not running a software business.
Can I use the tool? The issue is your roadmap or feature request is useless? Or I can rename each tab and maybe inside content have some other modules....? Or it is not possible and I can only use latest update module as blogger or ecommerce store
I checked your app, for example, your website has three tabs :change log, roadmap, feature request. As blogger or ecommerce store owner, it wont make sense to use those words. I tried to find a way to change it inside settings but cant change name of tabs. Another thing, do you have flexibility on how to make content inside each tab custom. For example can I use two change log modules instead of roadmap and etc. For ecommerce, maybe one tab for customer testimonials, one tab for new products, and etc. For bloger, maybe one tab for article related to certainb topic, another for another. Just trying to see how it can be useful for those not running apps.

A: Hi. Toma from Leanbe is here. Thanks for getting in touch.

1. We plan to implement the feature in June- July approximately.
2. May we ask you to clarify your question a little bit?
Are you asking, if there is a limit on how many feature requests can users leave? Kindly ask you to give me some details on your goals, so I can assist accordingly.
A lot of website builders or project management tools have this really cool feature that I'm about to suggest. It instantly reduces the burden of switching from one of your "competitors"... the ability to import from other tools!! (Dun dunnn...Let the trumpets sound and celebration commence...Yes!!!)
I've spoken to another product roadmap/knowledge base company about this but they didn't get it. Can you look at adding this feature to your platform so I can easily switch to your tool? Seems like the data would already be structured in a way that makes it easy to extract and put into your tool. What do ya think?
A: Hi. Toma from Leanbe is here. Thanks for reaching out.
May I kindly ask you to clarify what you mean by saying to import from other tools? Do you mean tools like Jira or Trello? In case you mean that, we do have an integration with them. But if you mean something else, please, share some details about the request, so we can assist accordingly.

Q: Dear team,
a) is it possible to select for each project if the roadmap, changelog and feature request tabs are visible?
I have some customers where I only want them to see the changelog for example.
b) If I buy multiple codes and have multiple projects can I manage all projects under one account so my employees can take care about all projects in one place?
c) do you plan a public api so I can create cards out of my pm tool?
A: Hey. It is Toma from Leanbe. Thanks for the questions. Let me go through all of them one by one:
1. For each project, there is a possibility to have a widget and standalone page. In both cases, you can choose the tabs, you want to show. Here is the screenshot of how you can do that inside the widget:
https://prnt.sc/OlLc8HAnBMQP
And this screenshot will show how to do that from the Standalone page: https://prnt.sc/gP7aYtDf7yfQ
2. Depending on the plan you choose, it comes with the exact number of team members. All you need to do is to invite them to join the project like it is done in this article:
A: Hey. Thanks for the question. The main difference is, that now, we count the automatic score for every idea based on the Artificial intelligence in order to be able to prioritize the roadmap in a right way. Our goal is to define the score based on a real data, not only on the upvote count. Thus, we will avoid the definition of the score by the project manager as well.
Yet, we have the Trello integration, which they do not have. On another note, still, we do not have the Zapier integration, as they do.
There are some more different features, but the main difference is stated above.
Q: Is it possible to have the Request Feature section limited to only signed in users?
And voting too?
In other words the Changelog, Roadmap and Feature Requests visible to all site visitors but voting and requesting a feature limited to authenticated users.
That is exactly how the Leanbe works. Only signed up users can vote and add a feature requests. Meanwhile, the Changelog, Feature Requests and Roadmap tabs within the Widget and Standalone page are visible to every user.
If there are additional questions, please, get back to us.
That is the feature, which is still not implemented. But you can add that as feature request from here:
https://leanbe.ai/Leanbe/ideas
We may consider it's implementation in the future.
Thanks, Toma
Q: Hi Leanbe,
Few quick question.
I noticed someone else asked about the private area to ensure only authenticated users can request, comment and vote, etc.
1. Is there any way we can embed Leanbe into our private community platform using HTML code, iframe or something similar? what this would allow us to do is ensure only our private community can access and see our Leanbe page area
2. How can we make sure that one person does not Vote multiple times for the same feature request? *because this would render the feedback we receive useless if one person was voting more than once (eg. 50x) for the same feature so we need a way to only allow one vote per user per feature request please
3. In your FAQ, you mention that users must be logged in to request a feature. So is there a portal we get that users must sign up to access the right to vote? or does the answer in your FAQ relate to requesting a feature for Leanbe itself? https://help.leanbe.ai/en/article/faq-does-a-user-need-to-log-in-for-leaving-a-feature-request-1h2vg2b/
Thanks, appreciate your assistance. Speak with you soon
A: Hi. Toma from Leanbe is here. Thanks for the questions.
Let me answer those one by one: 1. Currently, we do not provide a private portal, which means, that you can't use the embed code or the HTML to insert it on your website. 2. Every user can upvote and leave a feature request with the one email address, using the unique code, which will be sent to their email address. So, there can't be a double upvoting from the same email. 3. As mentioned in the point above, there is no need to have an account to upvote or add a feature request: just fill in all the required fields, insert the code and that's it. If there are additional questions, please, feel free to get back to us.
A: Hi. Toma from Leanbe is here. Thanks for the question.
Exactly, the project is the main basis of the product, since, in order to get collect feedback and update users about the made changes, you need to have a project. That is, team members and users can add feature requests, upvote those, comment or react, see the changelog of the project ( it can be a bug fix, new feature, or announcement). You can have the Roadmap for any project, so everyone can see, what features are on their way, what was implemented for the exact project you develop currently.
Hope this helps. In case there are any other questions you think I can assist you with, just get back to me.

Hi. After reading through all comments- where this is mentioned elsewhere, your reply doesn’t match the request.
“Can each project have its own custom domain”. Your response is - yes, projects can have their own custom subdomain.
QUESTION: Is this a custom CNAME project domain/subdomain (for each project) or is this a custom subdomain on YOUR domain?
Dear JB008,
Thanks for the question.
Each project comes with its own settings so the custom domain is not an exception.
When we say custom domain we mean your own domain name (like roadmap.backup-guard.com) which is pointing to our domain via CNAME record.

Hi again.
Thanks for getting back with the clarifications.
May I ask you to share the steps you took for changing the tab names?
Did you do it inside the widget or a standalone page?
In case you have tried to do it from the Widget, you should have checked the Widget configuration section:

Once you have tried within the Standalone page, please ensure to change the labels of the tabs:
https://tinyurl.com/268uwve5
