Q: Adding users? Can Admins 'sell' access?

Is the only way to add uses limited to manual entry or bulk upload? Would I be able to sell access to courses?

I run a nonprofit and we recently passed 1,000 members served. We provide completely free support and services to veterans as well as veteran spouses who want to start or grow businesses. Obviously not all of our members are actively taking any courses we have sitting online but as we continue to grow I worry the 300 limit will become an issue. I see that there are no limits for public courses but since we only allow our members to access (even if it's free) the courses we would be capped at the 300 correct?
