Q: Number of learners for each tier
So based on your AppSumo plan:
Tier 1 allows only for 1 learner group with a limit of 10 learners. Tier 2 allows 2 learner groups with a limit of 50 learners each. Tier 3 allows 3 learner groups limited to 100 learners each. So, 10, 100, and 300 total learners respectively.
Why the big gap between tier 1 and tier 2?
And for Tier 1, 10 learners is a bit too low.

Tier 1 is for coaches and small scale eLearning where 10 learners at a time is sufficient.
Yesterday a feature just released to removed some past learners and add others, while removed learners can be added back at any time.
I recommend upgrading to Tier 2-3 for more flexibility
