If you had 300 people working on a course, then 100 people finished it \u002D could you delete those people and add 100 more people? or is it 300 people for the lifetime of that group? If the latter, can you eventually delete a group and start a new one?

Yes you can delete a group and start from scratch as well if you'd like. But since you can just remove the old learners to add a new batch you can just do it that way too.
