Hi, I'm wondering about the number of learners per group. For instance tier 4 has a limit of 300 learners. If you had 300 people working on a course, then 100 people finished it - could you delete those people and add 100 more people? or is it 300 people for the lifetime of that group? If the latter, can you eventually delete a group and start a new one?

Mar 21, 2025A: Correct -- you can remove/deactivate learners to add a new batch in your same group and stay within your limits.
Yes you can delete a group and start from scratch as well if you'd like. But since you can just remove the old learners to add a new batch you can just do it that way too.

This is holding me back too. Why not allow for an unlimited number of learners? Rather pay 4x the price to have that than a capped 300.
