We have bought the tier 4 but haven't received any validation code. We have tried to reach the support throught the website but it says that to reach you, we must do it throught the website (which is strange when we're already on it) or per email without providing any email address. I've tried the email from the Appsumo redemption page and here too to be sure. It also says (When we request to speak to someone) to wait until someone from your team reaches out, but no other info until now, not even the support opening hours or a mail saying that you have received the support ticket. Hi, It seems a very promising tool. My initial assessment of this tool is that we can go for instructions, courework, modules, quiz in the modules etc. but i couldn't find simulated exams. If i wish to create fully simulated exam on any topic can i do that. For example, giving this tool a question bank for 100-200 Qs and let student try that and then generate reports what they did good or not and how can they improve. If they repeat test then it can provide feedback. Is that possible and doable?
Is it possible to charge learners to get access to courses in Learniverse? If yes, can you explain how this works and what costs might be incurred by us, when users are charged to gain access to our courses? Is there an integration with Stripe, PayPal, etc., so our learners can pay us directly for access to our courses? Can you explain how we would set this up, and how it works? And if we want to charge monthly or yearly, can that also be handled within Learniverse? Please explain the details for this or point me to information that outlines all of this. Thanks, Gary
