Q: When do you fix the login problem?

Please tell, wie you will fix the login problem!

I gave Learniverse a chance. Initially, I was very impressed with the excellent AI course creation, but then I encountered major problems with my students being able to log in. Some never receive an email, not even in their spam folder. Others can't log in despite repeated attempts; they always get an error message. For others, the website is blocked as unsafe and a phishing threat. Even when students do manage to log in, they are later logged out, or their learning progress is often displayed incorrectly and reverts to zero. For months, Learniverse support has been unable to resolve this issue. With a heavy heart, I now have to rebuild all my courses on another platform, as it's unusable for me in this state. It's all very disappointing!

When you will be able to fix this!!!!

A: Hi !

Posting here so others can see. The team and I are debugging for this particular user. it is a unique case affecting German users that use german letters in their learners email invites.

We are deploying a fix this week.

For all other users the invite and OTP system should be working with no issues

The fact is that 90% can't log in correctly or can't even register in the first place because they immediately get an error message. Many of my students don't use a Google account to log in, but rather their email address and password. And that's precisely what's not working right now. So far, your support team hasn't been able to find a solution for this.

Hi Zach, unfortunately, that's not correct. None of my students use üöä in their emails... simply because it's technically impossible to use such characters with any email provider. Making such a claim is therefore simply a lie.

It is simply a guess why those 3 learners of yours can't login. I don't appreciate you calling me a liar at all. Especially when I see your exact learners and their login times in the database. Which it is quite the opposite, over 90% of them have logged in the application.
I encourage you to keep a proactive attitude so I help you with those 3 learners that can't login.

I really appreciate your efforts and hope you'll fix the problems soon. Of my first training group (8 students), 4 couldn't log in properly. Of the second group (9 students), 5 had problems logging in or with their progress being displayed correctly. Update: Even after the problem was supposedly fixed, some of my students still can't log in, and worse – now those who cam do log in are being shown ads from Learniverse and are also receiving promotional emails urging them to buy it! This is completely unacceptable!
