I have a very niche use case. I would like to embed an attendance mamager on my student portal, and I would like to do this without having every student make an account on this particular platform as they would already have an account with our platform. Do you think something like this would work for my needs?

May 12, 2026A: Honestly, we can think of some workarounds, but probably it won't be a great experience. I wouldn't recommend it.
Although technically attendance is not exactly the same you could book in either leave or overtime as attendance, and then somehow show it in the portal.
As an admin (or approver), you can request leave on behalf of the other employees (or students in your case), so you would be able to manage their leave for them. Alternatively you could leave your account logged in, and instruct the students to book it for themselves, but in that scenario they could easily simply book it in for anyone else as well.
