Where is the Support?
Well I WAS enjoying the product for a little while. But then the main feature I use, the scheduling of messages, stopped working. And the option to start a new chat with someone not saved in your contacts reports an error of something like "invalid url" when you click send. Which is fine. All software has some issues every now and then. I expect that. But I don't expect zero support. So far I have sent 3 emails over the past week or so with zero response. I even tried the contact form on the website. Not so much as even an auto reply to acknowledge they received it. I have not used every function yet but most things seem to be working. I liked the product when it was working. If I can ever hear from anyone I will gladly change my review

Sorry for the delayed response and we are already working on your issue as we saw and we understand your frustration and we will resolve it ASAP.
I have personally replied to your email and your issue will be resolved on priority.
In the meantime it would be great if you can change the review as it is hampering our reputation.
