1) The recording function is on our public roadmap. Just vote for it and we can prioritize the next development better.
2) I do not know the deal of Vicodo in Detail. But we are just fancier ;-). And you also have more options to show your widget in different ways. Also the A/B testing, Unlimited visitors identification and so on.
