Q: I am currently using livechatinc.
It slows my site down and causes google penalty. Im looking for alternatives. How does lets-connect compare for speed?

I am not sure how fast lifechatinc is. Our application is about 2MB and we are constantly working on improvements and optimizations. We already have a few improvements up our sleeve, which will be implemented as soon as possible.
