Q: Purchased this deal on the max tier but I just found out API or Webhooks are not available yet.

Please let me know if your team can help me with this as I do not use Zapier or Pabbly. I don't understand why there is this limitation as it is very important to any business owner. or developer.

This is the second time I am submitting this request because AppSumo gave me an error message so I wasn't sure this message went through. Good day and let me say congrats on creating such a powerful tool for us. here is a feature that I think its missing more... The ability to ask for contact info like NAME, EMAIL before we start the chat because most of the time we don't know who is calling or live chatting. Thank you
