Let´s connect is one of those cases where expectations were low but the usecase was very clear and I didn´t want to invest too much time into setting up a chat for my website (let alone configure a bot).

As expectations for a video chat software in general were low I found Let´s connect do an amazing job in configuring and customizing the chat for my purposes EXTREMELY EASY.

Being an engineer by education myself and having worked as a professional "explainer" of tech to ordinary folks for a living I simply have to give 5 TACOS to the guys behind Let´s connect for giving you a powerful tool to connect with your website visitors with minimal effort - that just works!

I was amazed how many people would actually get in touch with me directly from the website - it gives them the choice if the want to write, call or videochat with you - and I have to say by using video it creates a total different connection to your visitors. No matter if you represent a brand or if you ARE your brand. This technology let´s visitors really connect with you immediatly.

Despite being super easy there are all the customization options and in depth configurations that you would wish for and expect from a matured solution like this. It really is a professional software and established company (based in Europe / Austria) and their support team is outstanding (from first level to CEO).

One thing they´ve told me will be released soon is the ability to detect buyers intention (based on an advanced AI system) to proactively connect with visitors and offer them support on a specific product for example.

I´d like to see this technology put to use for recruiting and hiring (detecting if someone is really interested in a job - but doesn´t send an application).That´s a real gamechanger for companies with vacant jobs, struggling to connect with their candidates on a real personal level. Coming soon I´ve been told - really stoked for it!
