We have implemented this chat tool in our business and is working fine. Installation was hassle free and easy to put widget code on our websites. You can add the same widget on multiple domains and can chat with customers by chat, audio and video and customers can also book a meeting if in case you are offline. You can also do screen sharing to help customers.

Overall, a good chat tool to chat with your customers and give them online support during their purchasing.

Support was fast, active and available in our experience.

1: Some more features which we would like to see are: smtp integration to send branded emails after customers book a meeting.
2: More integrations with crms & email marketing tools, we are using Flowlu, vbout, acumbamail, influencersoft.
3: Automation tools like Albato, etc.
4: At least one social channel chat integration like FB Messenger or WhatsApp. One is enough, we are using another tool, which has many more integrations, but at the same time it looks complex and scares the users, but compares to that Letsconnect is super easy to play around with and have better usability.
5: Accepting payments if we want to sell technical support sessions or consulting sessions.

Overall good chat tool. Five tacos from us and highly recommended!
