I have been using Freshchat which is great but straight vanilla but have been hunting around for some time for something that would allow you to connect to the customer on a more personal level.

Let's Connect kills it with, chat, video, and voice. The dashboard is beautiful and clear, and the layout and functionality of the incoming request are impressive. I see great things for Let's Connect. Anyone that is in the market for a direct embedded chat widget on their website should not give this a second before buying.
