1 code 1 device unfair,Honestly, writing this thing with that one code and one device is seriously something that is very unfair. Even while recording, I think it only provides a 15-minute window. It seems to be a bit unfair, honestly. Web and Deskop app are considered different devices. Why?
1 code should work for 1 user across all devices. This isn't fair. How will we experience if your app works best then across?

Our AppSumo deal is device-base, so one code activates one device. That's why the web app, desktop app, and mobile app each require their own license.
If you need to use Letterly across multiple devices, we recommend Tier 3, which includes 3 codes and 4 device slots (you can even assign the extra slot to another user).
Also, if you're seeing a 15-minute recording limit, it usually means the license hasn't been activated on that device yet. Once you activate your license, you'll have access to recordings of up to 90 minutes.
