I wanted to take a moment to share my experience and appreciation. I initially purchased a single license and absolutely loved it, but I found myself getting a bit frustrated when I had to constantly reassign licenses between my devices. I provided feedback to the developers, highlighting all the amazing aspects of the product as well as the areas that could use improvement.

One suggestion I made was that everyone should have access to at least two licenses, especially for those of us who switch between mobile and desktop multiple times a day. For example, I often dictate on the go using my mobile device, but then I edit and finalize my content on desktop. Having two licenses would make that process so much smoother and more enjoyable.

I’m really impressed with the team—they reached out to me, listened to my feedback, and made things right. I even mentioned that if there were a business-to-business version in the future, I’d be happy to invest in it. While there are still a few areas that could be improved, this is such an amazing start, and I’m genuinely excited to follow their journey and see how they continue to grow.

Hats off to the team for paying attention to their customers and engaging with us in such a thoughtful way. Thank you again, everyone—you’ve truly made a difference!

I do dictate on the go, but I'm fed up with having to copy paste and email notes to myself.
I want to get access to a desktop dashboard where i can access all my recordings and notes and also link all these with some cloud or integrations. I don't want to have to unlink my accounts, every time is switch to desktop interface .
I don't want to record on desktop, only to access my notes. Can this be fixed please and DON'T force me to buy a second device licence ?
I'm likely going to return and refund.
