Letterly integrates smoothly with popular apps and handles multiple speakers well when transcribing conversations. The PC web version, letting me upload audio files directly, is a real bonus. My gripe is that transcriptions default to American English, so British spellings need correcting afterwards. Selecting British English from the Format and Tone prompts doesn't work within phone apps, so it's not a genuine fix. Still a solid tool overall, four stars.
