I really wanted to like this product but I was surprised that it really only works on the phone. I work across three devices (phone, tablet, macbook) most days, and fully expected I could use it across all three seamlessly (that's on me, I didn't look to confirm this, I just expected it – which is why I'm sharing this review for others like me). When I disconnected my phone from it, and switched to the web app version for desktop use, it really struggled to connect to my microphone and record. I'd need to keep on refreshing my page. Maybe if I only used it on my phone it would have been a better experience, but it's too limited to bring me commercial value. AppSumo were excellent at responding and processing my refund request though!
