If it would just stay ACTIVE, it works
I really wanted to love this product. But the app CONSTANTLY crashes, forcing me to leave wherever I'm at, open the app, and do the setup again. And again. And again. There's no pattern to it. I've troubleshot galore. The company did try to help me, but the last email I received was just another LONG list of troubleshooting tactics and requests for more information. Who has time for all of that?! Sadly, I just came back here to request a refund and found that I've missed the deadline by days. If it would STAY ACTIVE, I'd give it 5 tacos, so YRMV.

We’ve reached out by email, and our Android team is digging into your device’s logs directly, so you won’t need to do anything else. We’ll keep you updated until it’s fixed.
