I bought 2 codes last year when they were first on AppSumo. I've used numerous dictation software over the years, going back go Dragon decades ago. One of the things I've always hated with other dictation software is speaking punctuation and grammer (ie, saying 'new paragraph' or 'period').

With Letterly, I use the Slightly modification after the transcription and it automatically creates paragraphs and adds punctuation, including dialogue quotes. It doesn't alter any of my words, just cleans up the formatting and punctuation. I do need to adjust some of the paragraph breaks or dialogue quotes occasionally, but usually <5%. The rest of the punctuation and formatting is always spot-on.

I also use it for online courses. I have it recording as I'm listening/watching the lesson. Then I use the Detailed Notes summary option after the full dictation and it gives me amazing summarized results for each part of the lesson.

The only thing missing, which is available something like Dragon, is adding custom words to the dictionary. It's not a common use request (I write fantasy - so lots of made-up words) but I still think Letterly is one of the best dictation tools out there without it. In fact, I added 2 more codes so I can use it on more devices.
