Other than the product being amazing, I have to give a huge shout-out to customer support. They go above and beyond to assist, and I am beyond pleased with the assistance I've received. The communication and support were great, and they fixed an issue I had. Words cannot explain how surprised I was by the exceptional support. Other companies don't usually put in so much effort to assist their customers, but this team literally is the best. I see why it is one of the tools of the year.
