My thoughts about Letterly so far:

- Nice App / nice Design!
- The quality of the transcriptions is very very good!
- The AI Actions (i love "Magic") are very very good!

So... good design / good quality and it is really helpul - i love it so far!

But... and that is the crazy thing ... it could be quite (a lot) better because some important features are missing.

For example the Web-App (wich is under developement). At the moment there is no Web-App - i only can use it on the phone. I would love to take voice notes on the phone and have access directly on a web-app or dektop app (because i use this in a business context). And i would also love to integrate it in some business automations - but there is no Zapier / Pabbly integration and - no Webhooks - wich would make this tool more powerful instantly!!

Also it is not possible to use own custom prompts - wich would be great and would enhance the usecase of the App. And some small things (the 15 minute limit could sometimes be to short, there is no pause button in the recording, i can´t use more recordings / transcriptions and group them before execute an action...).

So - the quality is outstanding good but some important features are missing.
